For filling size 00 capsules at home, choose a tray or tool that explicitly supports size 00. The Foosi kit covers the widest range of sizes, while the LELELUK set includes stainless-steel tools and a powder-flow funnel. The products provided include filling kits, a handheld filler, and capsule shells—not a clearly identified automatic size 00 machine. The comparison below explains which options fit 00 use and which have size limitations.

Foosi Capsule Filling Tray Kit
Best for: People who want one manual kit for several capsule sizes, including 00. The listed sizes run from 000 through 5, so this set is a direct match for size 00 capsule projects.
The 16-piece kit includes tools for steps such as scooping, weighing, mixing, filling, cleaning, and storing. Foosi also describes dedicated tools for different capsule sizes, intended to reduce repetitive work. This broad set is the most complete option in this selection for someone who wants multiple accessories rather than shells alone.
Limitation: The listing describes a manual tool kit, not an automatic machine. Buyers seeking automated production should verify the filling method before purchase.
LELELUK Easy Capsule Filling Tool Kit
Best for: Buyers who want a size 00-compatible tool set with corrosion-resistant stainless-steel accessories. The listed capsule sizes include 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3.
The kit is described as using 304 stainless steel that is easy to clean and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. It also includes an aluminum-coated micro-funnel intended to reduce powder sticking and a steel needle designed to improve powder flow and minimize clogging. Those details make it a practical choice for people prioritizing material and powder handling features.
Limitation: The product is a tool kit for manual filling, not a powered machine. Confirm that the included parts match your preferred filling process.
wananfu Size 00 Gelatin Capsules
Best for: Buyers who already have a size 00 filling device and need compatible empty shells. The listing specifies 1,000 gelatin capsules in size 00 and says they are compatible with a capsule filling machine.
The bundle also includes a capsule tweezer and micro spoon for holding and filling shells by hand. The listed capsule ingredients are beef gelatin and water, and the product description states that the capsules contain no additives or preservatives. This is a shell-focused option, not a tray or machine.
Limitation: These are gelatin capsules, not vegetarian shells. Check the stated ingredients and dietary requirements before choosing them.
Size 000 Empty Capsules
Best for: Buyers who specifically need size 000 shells rather than size 00. The listing describes 1,000 clear empty capsules and includes a capsule filling kit.
This option is included as a size comparison, not as a direct match for a size 00 setup. Capsule size matters: a 000 shell and a 00 shell are different sizes, so do not assume that a size 000 kit or capsule will fit a size 00 tray.
Limitation: The listed size is 000, not 00. Choose it only if that larger capsule size is what you need.
CAPSLogist Capsule Filler Tool
Best for: Buyers who need a simple handheld filler for size 0 capsules. Its spoon is described as scooping and filling in one motion, and the listing identifies BPA-free, food-grade material that can be rinsed clean.
The product description says dedicated versions are available for sizes 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. However, the supplied product name specifically identifies this listing as suitable for size 0. Check the selected size before ordering if your capsules are 00.
Limitation: The listing’s named size is 0, so size 00 compatibility is not established for this specific item. Avoid it unless the selected option clearly matches your shells.
Buying Guide: How To Choose A Size 00 Capsule Filler
Does the product explicitly fit size 00?
Check the exact size list before buying. Size 00 is not interchangeable with 0 or 000. A product may offer several size options, but the selected version still needs to match the capsule shell. Among these products, the Foosi and LELELUK kits explicitly list size 00.
Do you need a machine, a tray, or empty capsules?
Match the product type to your task. A tray or tool kit supports manual filling; capsule shells are supplies, not filling equipment. The products in this selection do not identify a clearly automatic size 00 machine. If automation is essential, look for a listing that states its operating method and size 00 capacity.
Which materials and accessories matter?
For powder handling, consider whether you need a funnel, spoon, tamper or needle, and cleaning accessories. LELELUK lists stainless-steel parts and a coated micro-funnel. Foosi lists a broader set of tools for several filling steps. For capsule shells, check the stated material and ingredients, especially if you avoid animal-derived gelatin.
What should you verify before filling capsules?
Confirm that shells and filler are the same size, and follow the product’s instructions for assembly and cleaning. A filling tool does not determine the appropriate contents or dose. For supplements or medications, consult a qualified healthcare professional about ingredients and safe use rather than relying on capsule capacity alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a size 00 capsule filler the same as a size 0 filler?
No. Size 00 and size 0 are different capsule sizes. Use a filler that explicitly matches the shell size.
Are these products automatic capsule filling machines?
The supplied descriptions identify manual kits, handheld tools, or capsule shells. They do not clearly describe an automatic size 00 machine.
Which listed tools explicitly support size 00?
The Foosi kit and LELELUK tool kit both list size 00 among their supported sizes. The wananfu product supplies size 00 shells rather than a filling machine.
Can size 000 capsules be used in a size 00 tray?
Do not assume so. Size 000 and size 00 are different sizes; match the tray to the capsule shell.
Are gelatin capsules vegetarian?
The wananfu listing identifies beef gelatin and water as ingredients. Buyers seeking vegetarian capsules should verify the shell material before purchase.
