Buying Guide
How to choose the right gate fold graduation announcements:
- Photo-centered or text-led: If you want a strong graduate photo, prioritize cards with 5×7 photo areas and high-contrast printing.
- Paper weight and finish: For a premium feel, choose cards printed on 110–120 lb stock with a smooth or eggshell finish; heavier stock resists creasing.
- Envelopes: White pointed-flap envelopes with a clean finish complement minimalist designs and preserve a formal tone.
- Layout: Gate fold cards should frame the image or text gracefully; ensure space is balanced and the fold line doesn’t obscure key details.
- Personalization: Look for listings that allow easy photo uploads and customizable wording in the product interface.
- Budget vs. impact: Photo-rich designs tend to be pricier; if budget matters, opt for versatile, single-photo formats with strong typography.
