The best lanyards and badge holders depend on how many people need them, the card size, and whether customization or water protection matters. For large groups, the Prudiut and Bird Fiy 50-packs provide lanyards and holders in bulk. The BESARME set suits smaller groups that want multiple colors, while Wanstay is best for custom-printed lanyards. Check each holder’s inner dimensions against your badge before choosing.

Prudiut Store 50-Pack Lanyards And Holders
This bulk set includes 50 black polyester lanyards and 50 horizontal badge holders. The lanyards measure 17.7 inches long, and the holders measure 3.85 by 3.14 inches. The listed card capacity is approximately 3.74 by 2.2 inches.
Best for: Offices, classes, teams, and departments that need matching ID holders in quantity. It was selected for its complete 50-person set and stated card-size information. The woven polyester is described as comfortable compared with metal lanyards.
Check before buying: The holder is sized for a specific card format, so measure badges first. The listing does not describe a waterproof pouch.
Bird Fiy Blue Waterproof 50-Pack
This blue set pairs 50 lanyards with 50 clear plastic badge pouches. The lanyards are 19.5 inches long and 0.4 inches wide. Each pouch has inner dimensions of 4.2 by 3.2 inches and is listed as fitting a 3-by-4-inch name tag. Its resealable design is described as waterproof, and three pre-punched holes allow different attachment styles.
Best for: Conferences, meetings, and events where attendees need a larger name tag or a pouch intended to protect cards from moisture. The blue color can also help distinguish a group.
Check before buying: Compare the inner pouch dimensions—not just the outer dimensions—with the card. The listing gives approximate hanging length on the body, so fit may vary by wearer.
Bird Fiy Black Waterproof 50-Pack
This black version includes 50 lanyards and 50 clear, resealable badge pouches. The lanyards measure 19.5 inches by 0.4 inches. The pouch’s inner dimensions are 4.2 by 3.2 inches, with a stated fit for 3-by-4-inch name tags. Three pre-punched holes provide options for attaching lanyards, chains, strings, or clips.
Best for: Organizers who want the larger Bird Fiy pouch format in a neutral color for professional events, meetings, or conferences. It offers the same listed pouch and lanyard specifications as the blue option.
Check before buying: This is a 50-piece set, so it may be more than a small group needs. Confirm card dimensions before ordering; the pouch’s usable inner space is smaller than its outer dimensions.
Wanstay Custom Personalized Lanyards

The listed webbing widths are 0.6, 0.8, and 1 inch. Regular webbing is 17.7 inches long, while webbing with a separator buckle is 21.7 inches; other sizes can be customized.
Best for: Organizations, teachers, and event planners who need branded or personalized neck straps. It was selected for its broad color, size, and printing choices.
Check before buying: This listing describes customizable lanyards and accessory choices, not a specific included badge holder. Clear image files are recommended for better printing results.
BESARME 12-Pack Multicolor Lanyards
This package includes 12 clear badge holders and 12 lanyards in different colors. The lanyards measure 16.9 by 0.59 inches. Holders measure 4.5 by 2.7 inches externally, with an inner dimension of 3.7 by 2.6 inches. The listing describes the lanyards as soft and lightweight and identifies the hook clips as metal.
Best for: Smaller groups, cruise-card use, or teams that want to identify cards by lanyard color. The 12-piece quantity is more manageable than the 50-piece event sets.
Check before buying: The inner holder dimensions are smaller than the outside measurements. Confirm that the card fits within 3.7 by 2.6 inches before selecting this set.
Buying Guide: How To Choose Lanyards And Badge Holders
What card size should the holder fit?
Measure the card and compare it with the holder’s inner dimensions. Outer dimensions include the pouch material and do not represent the usable card space. The Prudiut holder lists a smaller card format, while the Bird Fiy pouches are specified for 3-by-4-inch name tags. BESARME lists an inner space of 3.7 by 2.6 inches.
How many people need a set?
Choose a 50-pack for a large event, workplace, or department that needs matching supplies. A 12-pack can be a better fit for a small group or color-coded use. Custom Wanstay lanyards are available in listed quantities from 30 to 5,000, but the product details do not specify a matching holder.
Do you need water protection or customization?
Bird Fiy describes its resealable pouches as waterproof, making those options worth considering when keeping a badge dry is a priority. Choose Wanstay when printing a logo, name, text, or graphic on the lanyard matters more than buying a complete holder-and-lanyard set.
Which lanyard details should you compare?
Compare length, width, material, color, and attachment style. These listings offer different lengths and widths, and Bird Fiy pouches include three attachment holes. Check the stated dimensions and features against how the badges will be used rather than assuming all lanyards or holders are interchangeable.

Can I order lanyards with a logo?
Wanstay allows customization with text, names, logos, or clipart. The listing recommends uploading clear images for printing.
